We stayed in a deluxe suite which had a living area separate from the bedroom. It was enormous and had two bathrooms. Housed in an old palace, it had a huge amount of character. No noise from outside and bed was extremely comfortable. Great breakfast and nice bar. The staff were all fantastic and couldn't have been more welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They even got me a pair of pliers to help fix my suitcase. Big shout out to Alan who helped with restaurant recommendations and places to go and see and how to get there. Hotel is in an excellent location and all notable tourist destinations could be reached relatively easily by walking. Lots of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity and great views of the castle and the Vltava river from the hotel.

We stayed in the suite 320 for two nights - it’s a beautiful rustic suite but you do have to go two floors up to reach it. The room is located in the back courtyard and is quiet - you neither hear the street noise nor other guests. The mini fridge had various sodas and water that was included in the hotel room price. Nice touch! The location of the hotel is superb! 3 min walk to the Charles Bridge, 15 min walk to Lesser Town, 10 min to the Town square. We took Uber from the airport, cost was about 500 CZK + tip. It took about 30 min. Staff are friendly and check-in and check-out was fast. We definitely recommended this beautiful hotel if you want to be close to the old town and Charles Bridge.

Location is perfect and probably the best in Prague, we had an amazing room overlooking the river and castle beyond. Tram stop directly outside the hotel and 2 minutes' walk from Charles Bridge. David the concierge made out stay memorable and went the extra mile. Not only was his knowledge first class but he really impressed with his recommendations. Breakfast wasn't to our liking and David got us a full refund for breakfast for the stay plus recommended two excellent breakfast locations. Hotel is pretty, charming and incredibly well located. We did frequent the courtyard for drinks on a nightly basis and the cocktails were perfectly blended.

Mozart Hotel is an amazing place to stay in Prague. It is excellently located on the riverfront close to the Charles bridge. You can walk to most attractions easily and stroll along the riverfront anytime. The staff at the reception is excellent and very welcoming. Overall service everywhere in the hotel is very good. The concierge was also very warm and helpful. We had breakfast and it was quite good. The building is very beautiful and has an old world charm. The rooms are great and have all the modern comforts but retain the traditional look. Overall a great stay!

Location is great, right beside the Karluv Most, couldn't be better. Stuff is super helpful and amazing. Room - ... , well, I've had the whole floor pretty much, it's underneath the roof, top floor whole apartment. I can say most of the condo-apartments are smaller than this suite. Valet parking is perfect, when I came for check out my car was already waiting for me in front of the hotel. Room was clean and super-comfy. Inside-open patios was perfect, so nice to sit it during late evening time and do stargazing with the glass of champagne.
